Tony and team completed a first-class job of our basement conversion. He undertook all the structural works (working from the architects and structural engineers plans), including excavation, underpinning, structural steelworks and drainage system and associated brickwork and re-modelled patio.

We were at a point in time where we desperately needed help to fix the flooding problem in our cellar, but from previous experience, we had little confidence in the services contractors could offer.

The scope of works was unconventional in that you were trying to put right what others had done wrong. However, you were extremely helpful in giving us open and frank advice as to the appropriate solutions and then undertook the works in a competent and timely fashion.
