Grundomat System
For confined/narrow and difficult working, using compressed air to drive the piles, utilising smaller machinery with minimal vibration.
Prime areas for the Grundomat system would be extensions and conservatories, where minimal disruption is required
Driven Cased Piles
Cost-effective for lighter loading, often used in restricted areas.
Flexible usage as lengths can be cut or increased to suit ground and loading conditions.
Open-bore
Generally for cohesive conditions. Piles are augured to the required depth.
Removed leaving an open hole which then has steel reinforcement bars place and filled with concrete.
Ground Beams
Complimenting the foundations, we offer a complete groundworks package to include the fabrication of reinforced steel cages and the casting in-situ concrete ground beams.
This facility can vary greatly from contract to contract and allows quick commencement of follow on building works.
Traditional Underpinning
A method used when the existing foundations are structurally unsound, transferring the load to a new support or if extra height is required in subterranean accommodation.
This system dates back many years, and the method has barely changed, excavated in meter sections, shuttered, then poured with concrete.
