Agricultural Works

We were at a point in time where we desperately needed help to fix the flooding problem in our cellar, but from previous experience, we had little confidence in the services contractors could offer.

The scope of works was unconventional in that you were trying to put right what others had done wrong. However, you were extremely helpful in giving us open and frank advice as to the appropriate solutions and then undertook the works in a competent and timely fashion.

We can only give praise for the level of service you provided throughout and are pleased to report that we have had no further problems with the flooding of the cellar.

The project structural engineers, building control inspectors and building surveyor all made comments whilst signing off the relevant certificates relating to your works.

With underpinning in particular- the persistent attainment of agreed performance target was a key element.

Tony and team completed a first-class job of our basement conversion. He undertook all the structural works (working from the architects and structural engineers plans), including excavation, underpinning, structural steelworks and drainage system and associated brickwork and re-modelled patio.

Tony achieves exactly the client’s requirements and has a very good eye for detail. Everything was completed to an excellent professional standard, and both Deb and I are delighted with the finished article.

Cheers, Tony and all the best
