Domestic Works

May I take this opportunity to thank you and your team for completing our phase 2-site expansion. Fortunately, the weather was better than when you did phase 1 last year, and I was delighted you completed the underground works ahead of schedule before the site re-opened.

I can certainly testify about your services. The work started promptly and was followed through assiduously. I was kept fully informed by you about all the various issues that arose during the works, and these were fully addressed, especially with regard to the drains and the pumped sump.

I would like to thank you for leaving the site so neat and clean – possibly better than when you started!

We were at a point in time where we desperately needed help to fix the flooding problem in our cellar, but from previous experience, we had little confidence in the services contractors could offer.

The scope of works was unconventional in that you were trying to put right what others had done wrong. However, you were extremely helpful in giving us open and frank advice as to the appropriate solutions and then undertook the works in a competent and timely fashion.

We can only give praise for the level of service you provided throughout and are pleased to report that we have had no further problems with the flooding of the cellar.
