Excavation of existing stanchion bases. Level and prepare site for a new steel frame.
Construction of retaining wall to retain new car park and off-loading/storage area.
All associated drainage completed leading to soak-away.
Placement of all ducting for services.
Installation of petrol and oil interceptor.
Erection of steel portal framed building with insulated panelling.

Laid type one stone and compacted to level. One layer of sand blinding, damp proof membrane. Pour concrete. Power float finished reinforced concrete floor internally—all with expansion and contraction joints.
