30no Flats and Basement Car Parking London

Groundworks for construction of a block of flats North London area. Preparation for piling mat to enable a 30-ton piling rig to commence 140no auger based piles. Installation of reinforced ring beam to facilitate a contiguous wall to prevent the collapse of high rise structures with  side of works.

Placement of reinforced concrete slab which was connected to the ring beam. Once the slab had been poured and reached its structural strength, TCH Construction then excavated 1000 cube of spoil underneath the slab to create a basement for underground parking bays.

Further works consisted of a lift shaft and pumping station. All associated drainage for the work was undertaken.
